What is the HumidiMeter™ and what does it do?

The HumidiMeter™ is a one of a kind patented measuring device that quickly and accurately gives you a digital readout of the relative humidity inside your premium cigar.

Other gauges measure the humidity in the air that surrounds the cigar, which can be markedly different than the actual humidity reading in your cigar.

It is widely assumed that the humidity (or moisture content) within the cigar replicates the humidity level in your humidor. This is not always true. It can take weeks and sometimes months for a cigar to reach equilibrium.* The HumidiMeter™ will inform you instantly how close to equilibrium your cigar really is.

* Humidity in a cigar and humidity in the humidor in which the cigar was stored are equal

Battery Replacement:

The HM uses 4 LR44 batteries.  To replace, simply unscrew back of unit.

The HM PRO rechargeable via micro usb port.

HumidiMeter PRO Instruction Guide 

Operation 

1. Press “On” button and 0.0% will appear on the LCD display.
2. Check battery icon on display to be sure HM PRO is fully charged.
3. Slide the switch located on the back of the HM PRO to expose the probes.
4. Clean probes with a dry cloth to remove any oil residue from previous use. 
5. Insert HM PRO probes completely into the foot and or cap of the cigar. 
6. The HM PRO will accurately calculate and display the humidity percentage on the LCD display. 
7. Refer to below chart for general reference. 
8. Slide the switch located on the back of the HM PRO to retract the probes.  
9. HM PRO will automatically power off.
